FLOWERS & PLANTS One single Rose - Three stems of one variety of Dahlias - Six Carnations - A vase of contrasting foliage - One Cactus etc. VEGETABLES Three Potatoes - Three Onions - Eight Cherry / small tomatoes - Two Courgettes - Three Leeks - Longest Runner Bean etc. FRUIT Three Dessert Apples - Plate of Soft Fruit, one variety with stems etc. HERBS Collection of 4 named Herbs displayed in a vase or bunches. FLORAL ART ‘Fiesta Time’ arrangements - An arrangement in an unusual containers. Both of these have restrictions on size PHOTOGRAPHY for ADULTS Action - Wildlife - Flowers - Reflections And for the CHILDREN CLASS Animals - Plants - Transport (Interesting view of any type) - Fishponds (but not from your house or garden) HOME BAKING Dessert - 6 Scones - Sponge Cake - Fruit Cake Quiche - Shortbread etc. PRESERVES Jar of Jam - Marmalade - Lemon Curd - Chutney ART & HANDICRAFTS Water colour - Sketch - Handmade Stuffed Toy - Patchwork - Crochet - Knitting - Cross stitch etc. CHILDREN’S CLASSESThere 3 aged groups for children Pre-School to Year 2, Year 3 - 6 and Year 7+ (up to 16) 1st Age Group A decorated plate - A4 size drawing or painting - Original Design Lego Model on A4 base 2nd Age Group Model of an animal or person from vegetables or fruit - Original design Lego model on a A4 base - Drawing or Painting A4 size 3rd Age Group Original design Lego model on a A4 base - Drawing or Painting A4 size - Model or craft item made by exhibitor (not a kit) Hope this has given you some ideas, you will need to pick up a schedule for the full requirements for your entries and the entry form.
