ABSTRACTS TRANS-SCIENTIFIC SYNTHESES Moiseyev V.I. The phenomenon of trans-science: its definitions and directions Author's understanding of the phenomenon of trans- science as a new stage in the development of scientific methodology is explicated in the article. This methodology is based on empirical basis extended beyond the boundaries of five human senses, and their theoretical generalizations. Six possible meanings of trans-science are discussed: epistemological, methodological, cultural, philosophical and scientific, historical and ordinary ones. The interrelation between 6 definitions through the idea of two types of transcendence (horizontal and vertical) in the understanding of the phenomenon of trans-science is investigated there. Also the author gives a short sketch of 5 major sources of trans-scientific trends formation, namely, transpersonal psychology, private studies involving sensitive, alternative science, (post) non-classical science, and the organization of the so-called "scientific metaphysics".. The article provides a potential response to Kant’s and Popper’s philosophy by substantiating the possible existence of 'scientific metaphysics' as theoretical level of trans scientific research. Vojtsekhovich V.E. Transscience as a synthesis of science and spirituality Science is a specific way of knowing, characteristic for civilizations, oriented on external knowledge, i.e. the study of reality out of human, i.e. nature. Modern industrial-technological civilization is ending, and with it the science of the 17 - 21st centuries. The following civilization «New middle ages» will generate the transscience with advanced space of empirical, intuitive and theoretical levels of cognition. Transscience is a synthesis of science, philosophy, religion, art, synthesis of external and internal ways of knowing. Modern predecessors of transscience are a post-non-classical science, psychophysics, transpersonal psychology, philosophy of science. Knowledge merges with the creation in transscience. The reality depends on the creative activity of the subject. Thesis: transscience=science+spirituality. Ginzburg T.I. Altered States of Consciousness – an attempt of a new classification Given research propose new point of view on definitions and classifications of altered states of consiousness (ASC). Author suggests to look on whole subject of ASC through three approaches: classical science (materialistic onthology), non-classical science view (dualistic onthology), and post-nonclassical science vies (idealistic onthology). Such distinction can help to clarify the methodology of ASC research and stimulate new breakthrough in research. Hitoshi Ochiai (Japan). Open God, Open manifold The article of Japanese researcher Hitosi Ochiai is devoted to mathematic and topological interpretation of ideas so-called «The Open Theism».
